A resident of Issaquah who maintains a practice as attorney, Geoffrey H. Garrett has an established presence in the trust administration, probate, and estate planning spheres. Experienced in small business law, Geoff Garrett is a member of the Washington State and King County Bar Associations and also maintains an executive presence as financial advisor with the Seattle firm Erickson Wealth and Tax Management.

Having been a US Air Force pilot officer and flight instructor during the Vietnam War, Mr. Garrett embarked upon a 37-year career with United Airlines in 1976. He captained domestic and international passenger flights and served as Vice Chairman of the Official Unsecured Creditors Committee during the extended bankruptcy process that the firm went through in the early 2000s. This role involved providing the Air Line Pilots Association with representation and he continues to maintain professional affiliation with his flying colleagues as a Retired United Pilots Association member.

Mr. Garrett’s current work in trust administration, probate, and estate planning builds on an extensive background as an attorney. Geoffrey Garrett earned his JD at the University of California, Davis, in 1980 and practiced commercial and bankruptcy litigation in Sacramento, before establishing his own practice in 1985.
